Susan ShearerSusan Shearer earned her critically acclaimed acting chops on stage. She was a founding member of Rude Guerilla Theater Company on Broadway in the Santa Ana Artist Village. Susan’s comment, “When I’m performing for an audience is when I feel the most alive and connected to who I was designed to be.” pretty much describes her true essence.

She moved to Hollywood in 2003 to pursue acting in film and TV and remained a firm believer in following her passion to act and ONLY act until an encounter with God literally pushed her into producing in 2007.

Shearer’s first film, The Last Laugh, starring Victoria Jackson (SNL), was nominated for 11 awards right out of the gate and her momentum hasn’t stopped since. She has gone on to produce multiple award nominated shorts.

With various projects in different stages of development, Susan thrives off the creative flow of the entertainment industry. Her passion is reflected in her company’s mission statement, “Serving the Lord on the mission field of audience hearts.”

In 2014, she joined with leading lady, Jenn Gotzon to produce classes for Christian actors on the business of showbusiness from a Biblical perspective. Susan has gone on to produce online acting classes as a way for actors to work with filmmakers in the faith-based realm.

Ms. Shearer credits her success to early on recognizing the benefits of surrounding herself with a talented team she can count on, using all the wisdom and knowledge learned in the corporate world and most importantly, keeping her eyes fully on her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
